Do you have an oven air fryer recipe for katsu?
Hi Judy, Currently, we do not have an oven air fryer recipe for Katsu, but we have oven-baked Katsu recipes.

I regularly make Katsu (both chicken & pork) but instead of using the oven or frying pan I use an Air Fryer. To obtain a very crisp crunch I toast the Panko bread crumbs in a frying pan (much like toasting sesame seeds) before crumbing & cook for around 14 minutes (2 chicken breasts or equivalent size in pork) this gives me a crumb that rivals anything I have obtained by deep frying or baking, for those with air fryers give it a go as a healthy alternative.
